Working Principle

After the equipment is started, the driving device provides power for the entire system, causing the surrounding traction components (such as chains or belts) begin moving, which in turn drives the buckets installed on them to circulate. Materials enter from the feed port and are scooped or received by the buckets at the. As the traction components operate, the buckets rise along the Z-shaped track, completing the vertical lifting of the materials during the ascent. When the buckets reach the top they move horizontally with the track's turning, and at the same time, using gravity or discharge devices, the materials are discharged from the discharge port to the designated position realizing the horizontal conveying of the materials, thus completing the entire Z-shaped path of the material conveying process.
