Working Principle

The equipment uses a screw conveyor to precisely meter powder, with load cells providing real-time weight feedback and dual-stage feeding for improved accuracy. It automatically stops discharging when the preset 25 kg is reached. A sealed design combined with a dust collection system minimizes dust leakage, enabling automatic quantitative bagging of powders.

3.The screw conveyor transport the material to the bag-filling machine, the filling weight can be adjustable/customized
4.The filled bag will be sealed by the bag-sealing machine
