The rotary vibrating screen is a device that achieves fine screening of materials through the drive of a vertical vibrating motor. The screen can be set in a graded manner according to the particle size requirements. Materials spread in a spiral shape from the center to the periphery on the screen surface. Particles smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen to become underscreen materials, while particles larger than the screen holes are discharged along the edge. Combined with a bouncing ball and other screen cleaning devices, it can prevent clogging. Working principle
The core working principle of the rotary vibrating screen is to utilize the three-dimensional vibration effect of the vertical vibrating motor: when the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft rotate at high speed, the upper weight generates a horizontal circular vibration, causing the material to spread on the screen surface, while the lower weight forms a vertical jump, allowing the material to fully contact the screen. The inclined thrust generated by the Angle difference between the two pushes the material to move in a spiral along the screen surface. After the material falls from the center, particles smaller than the sieve holes pass through the screen to become under-screen materials, while particles larger than the sieve holes are discharged along the edge.
