Working principle
The working principle can be summarized as follows: The equipment uses the bidirectional excitation force generated by the vibration motor to make the sieve box drive the sieve screen to perform reciprocating linear motion. After the materials enter the center of the sieve screen, under this specific vibration effect, they are rapidly and evenly spread out and move radially towards the edge of the sieve screen. Particles meeting the size requirements pass through the sieve holes during the movement and become the undersize material, which is directly discharged from the bottom discharge port; while the coarse particles that do not pass through the sieve screen are transported to the edge of the sieve screen and discharged through the coarse material outlet. The entire screening process is direct and smooth, with the materials staying on the sieve surface for a short time, and the processing efficiency is high.
