Working principle
After the motor is started, it generates a combined excitation force in both horizontal and vertical directions, driving the screen box and the screen mesh to perform reciprocating linear vibration.The straight-flow screen uses a vibration motor as the excitation source. Materials enter from the center of the screen surface and, under the strong directional vibration, are rapidly lifted and spread forward. After the motor is started, it generates a combined excitation force in both horizontal and vertical directions, driving the screen box and the screen mesh to perform reciprocating linear vibration. Materials enter from the center of the s Particles smaller than the sieve hole size are screened out during the movement and become the screen underflow; the coarse particles that fail to pass through the sieve are quickly transported to the discharge port at the edge of the screen mesh and discharged, thereby achieving efficient and continuous screening and classification.
