The rotary vibrating screen is a screening equipment that uses a vertical vibrating motor to generate three-dimensional rotary vibrating force, causing materials to spread in a spiral shape from the center to the periphery on the screen surface. Its screen mesh can be set up in grades according to requirements, and it can efficiently achieve fine screening, filtration or classification of materials of different particle sizes. It features a compact structure, high screening accuracy, large processing capacity, low noise and easy screen mesh replacement. It is widely applied in material separation scenarios in industries such as chemical engineering, food, medicine, and mining.
Working principle
The rotary vibrating screen relies on the three-dimensional compound vibration (horizontal circular motion, vertical jumping and inclined thrust) generated by the rotation of the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the vertical vibrating motor, causing the material to perform a spiral diffusion movement from the center to the periphery on the screen surface. Particles smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen mesh to become the underscreen material, while particles larger than the screen holes are discharged along the edge. By adjusting the eccentricity Angle of the weights, the screening efficiency can be precisely controlled. It is applicable to the fine classification and filtration of materials in the chemical, food and other industries.

- Screen cleaning and anti-clogging design: Standard equipped with bouncing balls, ultrasonic waves and other screen cleaning devices, effectively solving the problem of screen clogging caused by easily clogging materials such as flour and paint, and reducing the frequency of machine shutdowns for cleaning.
- Strong sealing performance: The fully enclosed screen frame is equipped with rubber sealing rings, ensuring no dust leakage during operation and meeting the hygiene standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries.

- Easy screen replacement: With a quick-release screen frame structure, it only takes 5 to 10 minutes to replace the screen, reducing maintenance costs.
Long-life components: The vibration motor adopts an aluminum alloy casing for heat dissipation, combined with a spring shock absorption system. The operating noise of the equipment is ≤75dB, and the overall service life of the machine can reach 5 to 8 years.
