The rotary vibrating screen is a screening equipment that uses a vertical vibrating motor to generate three-dimensional rotary vibrating force, causing materials to spread in a spiral shape from the center to the periphery on the screen surface. Working principle
The rotary vibrating screen relies on the three-dimensional compound vibration (horizontal circular motion, vertical jumping and inclined thrust) generated by the rotation of the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the vertical vibrating motor, causing the material to perform a spiral diffusion movement from the center to the periphery on the screen surface. Particles smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen mesh to become the underscreen material, while particles larger than the screen holes are discharged along the edge. By adjusting the eccentricity Angle of the weights, the screening efficiency can be precisely controlled.
