Product description
The direct discharge screen is a commonly used vibrating screening equipment in industrial production. Its main body is a screen box arranged horizontally or inclined, with single or multiple layers of screens of different hole diameters inside, and it is powered by a vibrating motor or an eccentric device. Its structure is compact and exquisite, occupying a small area, and is especially suitable for production lines with limited space. When the equipment is in operation, materials fall into the screen surface from the feeding port and move along a linear trajectory under the action of vibration, achieving the separation of fine and coarse particles.
Working principle
The working principle of the direct discharge screen is centered on the vibrating screen, which drives the horizontal/inclined screen box to generate high-frequency linear vibration through a vibrating motor or eccentric device. After the material evenly falls onto the screen surface from the feeding port, it jumps forward along a straight trajectory under the action of vibration force. Fine particles pass through the screen pores due to the vibration penetration force and gravity and become the underscreen material, while coarse particles are discharged along the screen surface from the end discharge port.
The vibration frequency, the inclination Angle of the screen surface and the mesh size of the screen can be flexibly adjusted: high-frequency vibration accelerates the material passing through the screen, the inclination Angle affects the forward speed, and multi-layer screens (with the mesh size decreasing from top to bottom) achieve multi-level classification. This principle enables the equipment to continuously process powder/granular materials in industries such as chemical engineering, food, and mining. By optimizing parameters to adapt to the characteristics of different materials, it combines the advantages of efficient classification and low energy consumption, and is a key technical path for achieving precise control of material particle size in industrial production.
