Working principle

The rotary vibrating screen uses a vibrating motor as the power source. The eccentric blocks at both ends rotate at high speed to generate centrifugal force, which is transmitted to the screen box through the motor mounting base and then drives the screen body to produce three-dimensional vibration through the support spring. The vibration of the screen surface is a combination of horizontal circular diffusion, vertical jumping and torsional motion. After the material is added from the center of the screen surface, it is rapidly dispersed under the action of the combined vibration. Fine particles keep jumping and pass through the screen as under-screen material and are discharged, while larger particles spiral along the screen surface to the edge discharge port and are discharged.

Meanwhile, by adjusting the Angle between the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibrating motor, the magnitude and direction of the centrifugal force can be changed, and the vibration amplitude and frequency of the screen body can be adjusted. This adjustment mechanism enables the rotary vibrating screen to adapt to different materials.
