The three-dimensional rotary vibrating screen uses a vertically mounted motor

as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower

ends of the motor, which transforms the motor's rotational motion into

three-dimensional movements of horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions.

This movement is then transmitted to the screen surface, causing the material

on the screen to move in an expanding involute path. Therefore, this series of

vibrating screens is referred to as a rotary vibrating screen.
 

 

 
After the vibrating screen is started, the eccentric blocks at the upper and lower

ends of the vibrating motor, which is its power device, produce composite

inertial force due to high-speed rotation. This inertial force forces the vibrating

body of the screen to make a rotary motion. The screen frame, under action of

the vibrating force, continuously makes a reciprocating motion, thereby causing

the screen surface to make a periodic vibration. This makes the material on the

screen move in a directional jumping motion together with the screen box.

During this process, materials smaller than the screen hole diameter pass

through the screen holes to the lower layer, becoming undersize material, while

materials larger than the screen hole diameter, after continuous jumping motion,

are discharged from the discharge port, thus completing the screening work
