Working Principle

The working principle of the ton bag packaging machine is to use high-precision weighing sensors to continuously monitor the weight of the materials in the bag. Through the PLC control system, it implements multi-level feeding strategies and automatically calculates and compensates for the drop height of the materials during the air drop process. Thus, under the effect of gravity or screw propulsion, the materials are precisely filled to the set weight, and finally, the bag clamping device is automatically released to complete the unloading.
