Working principle
The working principle of the rotary vibrating screen is based on its core vibration source - the vertical vibration motor. The eccentric blocks installed at both ends of the motor generate excitation force when rotating at high speed. By adjusting the relative angle of the two eccentric blocks, a complex three-dimensional vibration trajectory can be formed. This combined motion causes the materials on the screen to undergo continuous lifting, diffusion, and spiral forward movement. During this process, the materials automatically separate according to particle size, with fine particles quickly passing through the screen and coarse particles being transported to the discharge port, thereby achieving continuous and efficient screening and classification.
