Product description
The rotary vibrating screen is an efficient and precise screening equipment, widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, food processing, and metallurgy. It uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source and can conveniently change the movement trajectory and residence time of the materials on the screen by adjusting the angle of the upper and lower eccentric blocks. This equipment features a compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, easy screen replacement, and complete enclosure without dust leakage. It can quickly complete the classification, filtration, and impurity removal of powder and granular materials.
Working principle
The core driving force of the rotary screen comes from the vertical vibration motor installed at the bottom of the screening machine. At the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft, there are eccentric weights that can be adjusted in angle.
When the motor rotates, the centrifugal forces generated by these two weights combine to form a three-dimensional composite force: on the horizontal plane, the centrifugal force causes the materials to spread outward along a spiral trajectory; on the vertical plane, it causes the materials to undergo a throwing motion.
This complex force causes the materials on the sieve to simultaneously undergo three movements: horizontal rotation, vertical vibration, and inclined surface throwing. As a result, the materials spread evenly from the center, fine particles quickly pass through the sieve mesh, medium and coarse particles move towards the edge and are discharged through different outlets, thereby achieving efficient classification, screening, or impurity removal.
By adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower weights, the spreading speed of the materials and the screening accuracy can be precisely controlled.
