Working principle
The working principle of the U-shaped spiral conveyor is as follows: The driving device drives the spiral shaft and the spiral blades installed on the shaft to rotate. The rotating blades, through the friction force between themselves and the materials, as well as the thrust force exerted by the blades on the materials, continuously push the materials in the U-shaped trough forward, allowing the materials to gradually move from the feed port to the discharge port, thus completing the continuous material transportation process. During the transportation process, the U-shaped trough provides a confined space for the materials, preventing them from scattering and ensuring the stability of the transportation direction.
