A screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that uses the rotation of spiral blades to push materials forward. It has a compact structure and good sealing performance, enabling the transportation of materials in horizontal, inclined or vertical directions. This equipment is widely used in industries such as grain, chemical, building materials, and metallurgy, and is suitable for the transmission of powder, granules, and small block-shaped loose materials. The screw conveyor features flexible installation, simple operation, and small space occupation. It can be customized with different lengths and specifications according to actual needs and is an important material handling tool in industrial production.
Working principle
When the equipment is started, the motor drives the spiral shaft and the spiral blades welded onto it to rotate together. After the material enters the conveyor trough through the feed port, under the combined effect of gravity, the friction between the material and the inner wall of the trough, and the internal cohesion of the material, the material is pushed by the blades and moves linearly along the axial direction of the trough. Eventually, under the continuous push of the blades, the material is discharged from the discharge port, thus achieving continuous and directional material transportation. The direction of transportation depends on the rotation direction of the spiral blades and the rotation direction of the shaft.

Multiple loading and unloading: By opening multiple inlet and outlet ports on the material trough, flexible material distribution and multi-point transportation can be achieved.
Flexible conveying direction: It can be transported horizontally, at an incline, or vertically upwards. The layout is highly adaptable.
