Working principle
The working principle of screw conveying is: The drive device drives the rotating shaft to rotate at high speed, and the helical blades fixed on the shaft rotate accordingly. Due to the friction between the material and the helical blades as well as the inner wall of the material trough, the material cannot move in a circular motion along with the blades. Instead, under the action of the axial thrust generated by the rotation of the helical blades, it is continuously pushed forward along the axial direction of the material trough, just like a nut pushed by a screw.
