The swing screen is designed and developed based on the multi-layer superposition principle,
effectively mimicking the human manual actions and processes of screening. It also specially
designed to meet the needs of large output and high-density screening, making it a highly
efficient screening vibrator.
The Swing sieve employs the principle of simulating manual screening, combining the circular
motion of the screening plane and the upward throwing in the best way. By adjusting the
radial angle and the tangential angle, the screening effect can reach the optimal state you
require. It is especially suitable for with high screening capacity requirements and materials
that are prone to clogging the screen. The filtering and grading (precision, efficiency, and
screen life are 5-0 times that of ordinary circular screens) allow materials smaller than the
screen hole diameter to pass through the screen holes and fall to the lower layer, becoming
undersize. Materials larger than the screen hole diameter are discharged from the discharge
port after continuous rolling motion. The two movements of the Swing sieve make the material
move in spiral involute on the screen, which allows the material to travel a longer distance on
the effective screening area, thereby improving the screening accuracy. The unique design
allows material to stay on the screen longer than other screeners, so the screening capacity is
relatively higher.
