Double screw ribbon blender mixer dry powder mixing machine for chemicals
Double-layer spiral blades are arranged on the driving spindle of the ribbon blender mixer. The internal spiral will transport the material to the outside, and the external spiral will gather the material to the inside. Under the convective movement of the double-layer helical belt, the material forms a mixed environment with low power and high efficiency. The inner and outer diameter spiral mounted on the stirring shaft drives the materials in the barrel, so that the agitator turns the materials in the maximum range in the barrel. During the operation of the mixing device, the inner screw drives the material near the center of the shaft to rotate, and the shaft is pushed from the inside to the two sides. The external screw drives the material near the cylinder wall to rotate, and the axial direction is pushed inward from both sides. The mixture can be mixed evenly in a short time.

Scope of application
