The dust-free feeding station is mainly used for the unbagging and feeding operation of powder and granular materials. The equipment is equipped with a dust removal and filtration system, which effectively prevents dust from spilling out during the unpacking and feeding process, improving the working environment of the workshop, reducing material loss. The entire machine is mostly made of 304/316 stainless steel, with a simple structure and easy cleaning. It can be connected to vacuum feeding machines, screening equipment and other downstream processes, and is widely used in the food, chemical, and new energy industries, helping enterprises achieve closed and clean powder feeding production.
Manually place the material bags on the grate of the feeding hopper for bag opening. The materials will fall into the discharge chamber due to gravity. The dust generated during bag opening is adsorbed by the negative pressure generated by the built-in dust removal fan in the equipment. The dust is retained on the filter cartridge surface, and the clean air is discharged outside the equipment.
During the feeding process, the pulse reverse blowing mechanism is used to regularly blow the filter cartridge, shaking off the attached dust back into the material flow to avoid filter cartridge blockage. The materials flow out from the discharge port and can directly connect to subsequent equipment such as vacuum feeding machines and screening machines. The entire process does not leak dust and achieves closed and dust-free bag opening and feeding.
The core of the entire machine's negative pressure operation is to control the dust diffusion at the source and reduce dust pollution and material waste in the workshop.
