Product description
The linear screen is an efficient screening equipment driven by a vibration motor. Its core components include the screen box, vibration motor and screen mesh.
It is mainly used for material classification, impurity removal or filtration, and is widely applied in fields such as mining, building materials, grains, and chemicals. This equipment features high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, low noise, and easy maintenance. It can also replace different mesh sizes of the screen according to actual needs, meeting the screening requirements of various materials.
Working principle
The core working principle of the linear screen is to achieve material separation through the drive of a vibration motor: The vibration motor generates a directional excitation force, which drives the screen box and the internal screen mesh to perform periodic vibration along a preset straight line trajectory.
During the vibration process, the materials on the screen surface are subjected to the excitation force and undergo continuous jumping or sliding movements. Materials with particle sizes smaller than the screen mesh size will pass through the mesh and fall down, while materials with particle sizes larger than the screen mesh size will continue to be transported forward along the screen surface, ultimately completing the classification, impurity removal or filtration operations for materials of different particle sizes.
