Product description
The straight-line screen is an efficient screening equipment. It is driven by multiple vibrating motors working synchronously, causing the screen surface to reciprocate along a straight line. Its structure is simple and compact, with stable and reliable operation, high screening accuracy and large processing capacity. The equipment has good sealing performance and is suitable for rapid classification and impurity removal of various dry materials. It is widely used in fields such as chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy and food processing.
Working principle
The working principle of the linear screen is based on directional linear vibration. The equipment generates excitation force through two synchronous and opposite rotating vibration motors. These two forces superimpose in the direction parallel to the screen surface and cancel each other out in the direction perpendicular to the screen surface. The resultant force drives the entire screen box to perform reciprocating motion along a straight line.
During this process, the materials on the sieve surface are subjected to this directional vibration force and are continuously lifted and perform parabolic jumps forward. Particles smaller than the sieve hole size pass through the sieve mesh during the jumping process and achieve classification; while materials larger than the sieve hole continue to move along the sieve surface direction and eventually exit through the discharge port, thus completing the entire screening process. The core feature is that the movement trajectory of the materials on the sieve surface is approximately a straight line, the screening route is clear, and the processing efficiency is high.
