Product description

The open-type ton bag unloading station is a piece of equipment for handling ton bag-packed materials. Its core function is to unload powder particles in industries such as chemicals and building materials. 
It fixes the ton package with a bracket, and manually or mechanically opens the bag opening. The materials fall into the lower hopper by gravity. Some are equipped with vibration devices to prevent blockage. The structure is simple and the cost is low. It is suitable for scenarios without strict dust prevention requirements, but it needs to be combined with dust removal equipment to reduce dust dispersion and ensure the working environment.

Working principle

The open-type ton bag unloading station operates based on the core principles of gravity unloading and auxiliary anti-blockage. During operation, the ton bag is first lifted and fixed above the unloading port by the top lifting device or support. Then, the bottom discharge port of the ton bag is manually opened to allow the powder and granular materials to fall naturally into the receiving hopper below. In case of material agglomeration or bridging, the vibration device on the outside of the hopper will be activated to vibrate and break the agglomeration to ensure smooth unloading. Finally, the materials enter the subsequent conveying or processing stages through the outlet of the hopper. The overall structure is simple and suitable for scenarios without strict dust prevention requirements.
