Product description
The dust-free feeding station is a core auxiliary equipment for the production of powder and granular materials, specifically designed to address the issue of dust dispersion during feeding. It achieves rapid material addition and dust collection through a sealed chamber and a negative pressure dust collection system, combined with manual/automatic bag opening and vibration feeding structures. This not only prevents environmental pollution and protects personnel health but also reduces material waste. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries, suitable for various bagged and drummed materials, and can be integrated with conveying equipment to enhance the level of production automation.
Working principle
1. Sealed feeding: The operator places the materials into the sealed chamber of the equipment, closes the door to form a closed space, thereby blocking the dust leakage path at the source.
2. Bag removal and feeding: By manually cutting the bag to break the packaging, the materials directly fall into the lower hopper within the chamber, avoiding the exposure of the materials to the air.
3. Negative pressure dust control: The negative pressure dust collection system is activated simultaneously. The chamber remains in a slight negative pressure state, firmly "sucking in" the dust generated during feeding and preventing it from escaping through gaps.
4. Separation and recycling: The inhaled dust is filtered through the filter bag, and the clean air is discharged. The collected dust then falls back into the hopper and mixes with the main materials, controlling the dust and avoiding material waste. Finally, the materials are conveyed into the subsequent process through vibration feeding or screw conveying.
