The open-type ton bag unloading station is a device used for unloading ton bag materials. Its overall structure is usually designed as an open frame, which is convenient for the hoisting and placement of ton bags. When unloading, the ton bags are suspended on the support, and the bottom unloading port is aligned with the lower receiving device. The bag opening can be opened manually or mechanically, and the materials can smoothly fall into the storage bin, conveying equipment, etc. by gravity. It features high unloading efficiency, convenient operation, and suitability for various granular or powdered materials. It is often used in the material transfer unloading scenarios of the chemical, grain, building materials and other industries.

Working principle

The open bulk bag unloading station lifts the bulk bags to the support by cranes. After the bottom unloading port is aligned with the receiving device, the bag opening is opened manually or mechanically. The materials fall into the equipment below by gravity. Vibrators are used to prevent cawing. After unloading is completed, the empty bags are lifted away. It is suitable for bulk material unloading in the chemical, grain and other industries.
