Working principle
The dust-free feeding station is based on the principle of negative pressure adsorption and filtration purification to achieve dust-free feeding operations. When the equipment is in operation, the fan inside the fully enclosed cavity keeps running, creating a negative pressure environment. When materials are fed into the sealed feeding port, the raised dust will be immediately sucked into the cavity. The dusty air flow first passes through a pre-filtering device to intercept large particle impurities, then is purified by a high-efficiency filter to retain fine dust, and the clean air is discharged up to standard. The dust accumulated on the surface of the filter elements is automatically cleaned by the pulse back-blowing system. The collected dust is conveyed into the recovery silo through a conveying device and re-enters the production process. In addition, the equipment is equipped with explosion-proof, anti-static and other safety devices.
