Working principle
The dust-free feeding station encloses the feeding process through a sealed design. It uses a fan to generate negative pressure inside, creating an environment lower than the external atmospheric pressure. The dust produced by the material input is sucked into the dust collection system under the negative pressure. The dust-laden air enters the dust collector equipped with high-efficiency filter materials (such as bags and filter cores), where the dust is intercepted. The purified air is then discharged. At the same time, it is equipped with sealed conveying devices such as screws, belts or pneumatic conveyors according to the characteristics of the materials to transport the materials to the designated positions.
