The vibrating screen can quickly and precisely separate materials of different particle sizes through precise vibration frequency and multi-layer screen configuration. The two are seamlessly integrated, achieving a full-process operation from dust-free material transportation to precise screening. Working principle
The dust-free feeding station utilizes a sealed structure and the principle of negative pressure dust collection. When materials are fed in, a fan creates a negative pressure inside the station, which sucks the generated dust into the dust collection system. The dust is then separated by a filtration device, achieving dust-free feeding. Subsequently, the materials enter the vibrating screen by gravity or through auxiliary conveying devices. The vibrating screen generates high-frequency vibration through the vibrating motor driving the screen body, causing the materials to spread on the screen surface and move in a directional manner. Materials smaller than the screen hole size pass through the screen holes to become under-screen products, while those larger than the screen hole size are discharged from the discharge port to become over-screen products, thus completing the screening of materials. Throughout the process, the two work closely together to effectively achieve dust-free treatment and precise classification of materials.
