Dust-free feeding station is a equipment that can effectively reduce dust pollution in the process of material delivery, often used in new energy, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries that are sensitive to dust pollution. When it is working, the negative pressure system and filter device are mainly used to maintain the environment in the station. The negative pressure system draws out the air through the exhaust fan, filters the dust particles through the filter device, and the purified air is returned to the station to form a circulation, so as to prevent the diffusion of dust. The filter device usually adopts high efficiency filter or bag filter, which can accurately capture dust and ensure that the feeding process is in a dust-free state. Its structure generally covers the feeding platform, discharge bin, dust removal system and vibrating screen and other components, the feeding platform is convenient for workers to place materials, discharge bin temporary storage of materials, dust removal system is responsible for dust collection and filtration, vibrating screen can intercept large materials and foreign bodies. Working principle
The work of dust-free feeding station relies on negative pressure dust collection and gas-dust separation mechanism. When the bagged material is fed, the dust phenomenon appears, the fan operation causes the negative pressure inside the platform box, and the dust-containing gas is sucked in. Driven by the air flow, the dust flows to the filter element, the air can enter the bag through the filter element, and then discharged from the outlet by the fan, and the finer dust is intercepted and retained on the surface of the filter element, to achieve efficient separation of gas and dust.
As the feeding continues, the surface area of the filter element becomes more and more dust, and the resistance of the air flow through the filter element increases. In order to maintain the operation of the equipment in a reasonable resistance range, it is necessary to clean the ash regularly. The pulse injection system works on the filter element in turn according to the established procedure, and the compressed air is sprayed into the filter element through the jet nozzle, which promotes the rapid expansion of the filter element and generates a short reverse air flow in the fiber tissue, which is opposite to the gas flow direction during filtration, thus removing the ash outside the filter element. In addition, after the material is fed into the station, it will pass through the vibrating screen, which can effectively intercept loose materials and foreign bodies, ensuring that the granular material that meets the requirements of the specification enters the next process smoothly.
