Working principle

When the closed tonnage bag feeding station is working, the tonnage bag is first transported smoothly by the crane and other lifting equipment to the preset position on the top of the feeding station and fixed. Then, the bag breaking device in the station is started, and the bottom or side of the ton bag is accurately broken through the sharp tool or mechanical clamping and tearing action, and the material falls naturally under the action of gravity. In the process of falling, the vibrating screening device begins to work, the motor drives the screen to produce high-frequency vibration, the material constantly pulsates on the screen, and the fine particles that meet the screen aperture pass through smoothly and enter the subsequent transmission pipeline or storage container; Large particles are intercepted for further processing. At the same time, in order to prevent dust spillover, the entire feeding area is in a fully closed state, the top fan runs to form negative pressure, the dusty air is inhaled into the dust removal equipment, and after multi-layer filtration and purification, the clean air is discharged back to the workshop, so as to achieve efficient, environmentally friendly and safe feeding operation.
