The dust-free feeding station is a new type of feeding equipment used for closed
dust collection and material discharge after manual unpacking. It can be stacked
screening equipment. The main body consists of a feeding platform, a discharge
bin, a dust removal system, a vibrating screen and other components. In the
working process of dust-free feeding station, dust-free conveying and sealed

The fan is used to generate negative pressure, and during the feeding process,
dusty gases are sucked into the equipment. For example, whenged materials are
unpacked and fed, dust is generated, and the dusty gases enter the platform box
under the action of the fan, the dust moves with the airflow the filter element, the
air passes through the filter element into the bag, and then is discharged from the
outlet through the fan, while the finer dust is retained on surface of the filter
element, achieving the separation of gas and dust. The powder material is
extracted from the storage device through the material supply system and
transported to the next stage. The supply system can use screw conveyors,
pneumatic conveying systems, or vibrating conveyors, etc., and the appropriate
supply method is selected according to the characteristics. The filling control
system is equipped with, through sensors, meters and controllers and other
equipment, the filling amount of the material is monitored and adjusted in real time
when the set target filling amount is reached, the control system automatically stops
feeding, to ensure the accuracy of the amount of powder material fed each time.
