The ton bag unpacking machine is mainly used for the opening and unloading of ton

The ton bag unpacking machine lifts the ton bag packaging material to the feed port,

and after the packaging bag discharge port is manually removed the flow control

valve and the attached vibration discharge device are opened to promote the powdery

granular material in the packaging bag to fall into the lower hopper through. The

operator places the material bag on the bracket and pushes it into the iron grid, then

the operator cuts a vertical slit in the material bag and shakes the material to empty it.

The material in the material bag can be conveyed to a feeder through the hopper. The

built-in fan recovers the dusty gas generated during the opening process, and the

automatic pulse reverse blowing dust collector is regularly cleaned. The emptied

material bags can be sent to the optional equipment, the waste bag compressor, for to

ensure the cleanliness of the site environment. During operation, its material hopper can

effectively combine with its glove box design, which effectively achieves 100% of dust

and gas from the operator, and the matched filter dust collector, star-shaped discharge

valve, etc., are used for uniform discharge.
