The mobile vacuum loader, a stainless steel powder suction machine, ensures dust-free

material feeding through vacuum conveying in a pipeline. This conveying method can

environmental pollution by dust, improve the working environment, and reduce the

pollution of the environment and personnel to the material, thereby enhancing

cleanliness. Since it uses pipeline conveying it occupies less space and can complete

powder conveying in narrow spaces, making the working area look tidy and beautiful.

Meanwhile, the vacuum loader can reduce labor intensity and work efficiency; it is the

preferred conveying method for most powder materials.

The vacuum loader is composed of a vacuum pump or Roots blower, stainless steel

suction nozzle, conveying steel wire flexible hose, PE device, air compressor

back-blowing air bag, pneumatic loading door equipment, and automatic control

equipment for vacuum hopper material level, etc. The entire system is effectively

designed and meticulously manufactured. When the vacuum loader is working, it uses

the vortex pump to evacuate the air inside, creating a negative pressure at the nozzle

inlet and inside the loader. The powder material is drawn into the suction nozzle along

with the external air, forming a material-air mixture that travels through the suction to

the hopper. In the hopper, the air and material are separated. The separated material

falls automatically due to its own weight and is collected in the storage bin. When

discharging the material, the pneumatic three-way valve closes, and the storage bin

door opens automatically. The material falls into the equipment'sper, and at the same

time, the back-blowing air bag automatically cleans the filter, causing the attached

material to fall off along with the material being, completing the discharge process.

1.Dust-free and sealed: The vacuum loader uses sealed pipelines for material

conveying, and the entire conveying process is completed in a completely sealed

state, dust pollution.
