Product description

The dust-free feeding station is a dedicated equipment for feeding powder and granular materials. Through negative pressure dust collection, filtration and separation systems, it effectively controls the dust diffusion during feeding. It is equipped with a sealed feeding bin, high-efficiency filters and dust removal devices, and can perform dust-free bag opening and feeding for material bags, buckets, etc. It is widely used in clean production scenarios in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries to ensure the working environment and material purity.

Working principle
The dust-free feeding station creates a micro-negative pressure environment inside the container through a negative pressure dust collection system, thereby preventing dust from spilling out. After the materials are fed into the sealed container, the dust is carried by the airflow through the pipeline and enters the filtration device, where it is intercepted by the high-efficiency filter. The purified air then flows back or is discharged. At the same time, a vibration-assisted device is used to promote the falling of the materials, enabling the simultaneous completion of feeding and dust removal, ensuring dust-free operation.
