The air flow screen is a highly efficient screening equipment. Working principle

The air flow screen uses the directional air flow generated by the fan as the power source. After the material enters the screen body from the feeding port, it is suspended under the action of the air flow field. Fine particles are driven by the buoyancy of the air flow to pass through the screen and become the underscreen material, while coarse particles move along the screen towards the discharge port due to gravity. Meanwhile, some of the equipment uses mechanical vibration to assist the screen in high-frequency vibration, preventing materials from clogging the screen holes. This enables efficient and precise screening of fine powder, micro-powder, high-moisture or easily agglomerated materials, and is widely used in multiple industries such as chemical engineering and food.
