Product description

The air flow screen is a highly efficient screening equipment. It uses the air flow generated by a fan as power and combines it with the vibration of the screen to enable materials to complete fine classification in a suspended state, and even ultrafine powders can be precisely screened. Working principle

The air flow screen uses the directional air flow generated by the fan as the power source. After the material enters the screen body from the feeding port, it is suspended under the action of the air flow field. Fine particles are driven by the buoyancy of the air flow to pass through the screen and become the underscreen material, while coarse particles move along the screen towards the discharge port due to gravity. Meanwhile, some of the equipment uses mechanical vibration to assist the screen in high-frequency vibration, preventing materials from clogging the screen holes.
