The high-frequency screen is a highly efficient screening equipment. It uses a high-frequency vibrating motor as the power source and drives the screen box to vibrate stably through a spring support or suspension system. Working principle
The high-frequency screen uses a high-frequency vibration motor as the excitation source and is connected to the screen box through an elastic support system (such as springs or rubber shock absorbers), efficiently transferring the vibration energy to the screen surface. During operation, the motor generates high-frequency mechanical vibrations, causing the screen box to perform periodic reciprocating motion at a specific frequency and amplitude. The material is subjected to the excitation force on the screen surface, rapidly achieving loosening and stratification. Fine particles overcome surface tension and friction and pass through the screen holes to become under-screen products. Large particles move along the screen surface and are discharged, completing the screening process. The vibration characteristics effectively reduce particle agglomeration and screen clogging, ensuring the classification accuracy and screening efficiency.
