Working principle
After the equipment is started, the vacuum pump begins to work, rapidly extracting air from closed Spaces such as the feeding pipeline and storage bin, creating a vacuum environment in these areas. At this point, the material outside the feeding port is pushed into the feeding pipe under the action of atmospheric pressure. As the pipeline is in a vacuum state, the materials are sucked into the storage bin along the pipeline. When the material in the storage bin reaches the pre-set feeding amount, a signal is sent through devices such as the material level sensor. After receiving the signal, the control system will stop the operation of the vacuum pump and the vacuum suction force will disappear. Subsequently, under the effect of gravity, the materials are discharged from the discharge port of the storage bin and enter the next production stage, thus completing one material conveying cycle. Afterwards, the equipment can start the vacuum pump again according to production needs to begin the next feeding process. This intermittent cycle work continuously to achieve quantitative and efficient material transportation.
