The rotary vibrating screener is a high-precision fine powder screening machine,

characterized by low noise, high efficiency, and quick net changing within3-5

minutes. It features a fully enclosed structure, making it suitable for the screening

and filtering of particles, powders, and viscous liquids. The vibrating screener

uses a vertically mounted motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are

installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor, converting the motor rotational

motion into three-dimensional movements in horizontal, vertical, and inclined

directions, and then transmitting this movement to the screen surface. By adjusting

the phase angles at the and lower ends, the trajectory of the material on the screen

The motion path of the vibrating body of the rotary vibrating screen is a complex

three-dimensional curve in space, which projects a circle on the horizontal and

two identical ellipses on two perpendicular planes. In actual use, by adjusting

the relative phase of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibrating motor,

motion path of the material on the screen surface can be changed, thus
