Continuous vacuum feeder is an efficient, intelligent and widely used material handling equipment. The whole structure is compact and reasonable, and the key components such as vacuum pump, vacuum hopper, filter, suction nozzle and connecting pipe are organically combined. When working, the vacuum pump starts first, quickly draws the air in the vacuum hopper, so that the hopper quickly forms a negative pressure environment. Under the action of strong negative pressure, the suction nozzle is like a powerful "vacuum cleaner", which easily inhales the material from the storage bin or other sources, and continuously delivers it to the vacuum hopper through the pipeline. During material transport, filters play a key role in efficiently trapping impurities and ensuring that only pure material enters the next stage. The continuous working characteristics make the feeding process of materials stable and smooth, and supply raw materials for downstream production equipment without interruption, which greatly improves the production efficiency.

Working principle

The working principle of the continuous vacuum feeder is based on the negative pressure suction to realize the stable conveying of materials. After the equipment is started, the vacuum pump begins to work, quickly extract the air in the vacuum hopper, so that the negative pressure environment is formed inside the hopper. At this time, the external atmospheric pressure and the negative pressure in the hopper form a pressure difference, driven by this pressure difference, the material is sucked into the suction pipe from the feed port. The material continues to advance along the pipeline under the action of negative pressure, and when it passes through the filter, the impurities are effectively intercepted, and the pure material continues to enter the vacuum hopper. As the material continues to enter the hopper, the material level gradually rises, when it reaches the set high, the feed valve is closed, and the vacuum pump stops working; When the material level drops to the set low, the feed valve opens again and the vacuum pump starts, so the cycle is repeated to achieve continuous and uninterrupted feeding of materials and stable supply of raw materials for subsequent production links.
