Cleaning and maintenance: After production, clean the residue in the screen box, use compressed air or a soft brush to clean the screen mesh, add grease to the motor bearings weekly, check the eccentric blocks quarterly, and take measures to prevent moisture and dust when the machine is not in use for a long time.

Safety: Operators should wear protective equipment. During operation, the protective cover should not be opened. During maintenance, the power should be cut off and the tag hung. Regularly clean the filter bags of the dust removal device.
